1. Cancellation Notice:

Clients are required to provide a minimum notice period (48 hours) for cancellations or rescheduling of cleaning appointments. This allows us to adjust our schedule accordingly and provide efficient service to other clients.

2. Cancellation Fees:

If a cancellation is made within the specified notice period, no cancellation fees will be charged. However, cancellations that occur outside of this notice period may incur a fee ranging from $50 to $100, based on the pricing agreement.​​

3. Emergency Cancellations:

We understand that emergencies happen. In case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., sudden illness, family emergency), please notify us as soon as possible. We will work with you to reschedule your cleaning appointment without imposing any cancellation fees.

4. Repeated Cancellations:

Repeated cancellations or no-shows may incur a charge of 50% of the cleaning fee. After a second cancellation, a charge of 100% of the cleaning fee or forfeiture of the deposit may apply, in accordance with our company policy.

5.Payment of Fees:

Cancellation fees, if applicable, will be charged to the payment method on file unless alternative arrangements are made with our customer service team.
