Service Description
Say goodbye to the stress of moving with our efficient move-out cleaning service. Our team will ensure the property is left spotless and ready for the next occupants, helping you leave on a positive note. General Tasks: 1. Dust and wipe down all surfaces (including baseboards, window sills, shelves). 2. Vacuum and mop all floors (paying attention to corners and edges). 3. Clean light switches and door handle. 4. Remove cobwebs from corners and ceilings. 5. Clean mirrors and glass surfaces. 6. Dust and clean blinds or curtains. Kitchen: 1. Clean inside and outside of all cabinets and drawers. 2. Clean countertops and backsplash. 3. Clean appliances: refrigerator (including shelves and drawers), oven, dishwasher, microwave. 4. Scrub sink and faucet. 5. Empty and clean trash cans. Bathroom: 1. Scrub and disinfect toilet, including behind and around. 2. Clean sink, faucet, and countertops. 3. Clean shower and bathtub, including tiles and doors. 4. Clean mirrors and any glass surfaces. 5. Replace shower curtain liner if necessary. 6. Empty and clean trash can. Bedrooms/Living Areas: 1. Dust and clean closets: shelves, rods, and floors. 2. Vacuum and clean carpets or rugs. 3. Dust ceiling fans and light fixtures. 4. Clean any furniture: tables, chairs, shelves. 5. Wipe down electronics (TV screens, remotes). Additional Considerations: 1. Clean and sanitize switches and outlets. 2. Clean air vents. 3. Inspect and clean inside windows and tracks. Outdoor Areas (if applicable): 1. Sweep porch, deck, or balcony. 2. Remove any debris. 3. Clean outdoor furniture.
Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Notice: Clients are required to provide a minimum notice period (48 hours) for cancellations or rescheduling of cleaning appointments. This allows us to adjust our schedule accordingly and provide efficient service to other clients. 2. Cancellation Fees: If a cancellation is made within the specified notice period, no cancellation fees will be charged. However, cancellations that occur outside of this notice period may incur a fee ranging from $50 to $100, based on the pricing agreement. 3. Emergency Cancellations: We understand that emergencies happen. In case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., sudden illness, family emergency), please notify us as soon as possible. We will work with you to reschedule your cleaning appointment without imposing any cancellation fees. 4. Repeated Cancellations: Repeated cancellations or no-shows may incur a charge of 50% of the cleaning fee. After a second cancellation, a charge of 100% of the cleaning fee or forfeiture of the deposit may apply, in accordance with our company policy. 5.Payment of Fees: Cancellation fees, if applicable, will be charged to the payment method on file unless alternative arrangements are made with our customer service team. 6.
