Service Description
R&S Maids Service offers top-notch post construction cleaning for your home. Our team will make sure that your space is thoroughly cleaned and dust-free after any construction or renovation work. We take care of all the dirty work, so you can simply sit back and enjoy your brand-new space. General Cleaning Tasks: 1. Vacuum and dust all surfaces (including ceilings, walls, baseboards, window sills). 2. Wipe down and clean all doors, door frames, and handles. 3. Clean and shine all glass surfaces, including windows and mirrors. 4. Dust and clean ceiling fans and light fixtures. 5. Clean and disinfect all light switches and outlets. 6. Clean and dust HVAC vents and returns. 7. Vacuum and mop all hard floors. Kitchen: 1. Clean inside and outside of all cabinets and drawers, removing any construction dust. 2. Clean countertops and backsplash thoroughly. 3. Clean and disinfect sink, faucet, and drain. 4. Clean appliances: exterior of refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave. 5. Clean stove/cooktop and range hood. 6. Wipe down small appliances (toaster, coffee maker, etc.). 7. Clean and shine stainless steel appliances. 8. Empty and clean trash can. 9. Sweep and mop kitchen floor. Bathrooms: 1. Clean and disinfect toilet, including behind and around. 2. Clean sink, faucet, and countertops. 3. Clean and shine mirrors and any glass surfaces. 4. Clean shower/tub thoroughly, including tiles and doors. 5. Replace shower curtain liner if necessary. 6. Organize and clean bathroom cabinets and drawers, removing any dust or debris. 7. Empty and clean trash can. 8. Sweep and mop bathroom floor. Bedrooms/Living Areas: 1. Dust and clean closets: shelves, rods, and floors. 2. Vacuum carpets and rugs, paying attention to edges and corners. 3. Dust and clean all furniture, including under and behind. 4. Wipe down electronics (TV screens, remotes). 5. Clean baseboards and trim. 6. Dust and clean any decorative items (frames, figurines, etc.). Additional Considerations: 1. Clean and disinfect entryways and mudrooms. 2. Clean and organize laundry room, if needed.
Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Notice: Clients are required to provide a minimum notice period (48 hours) for cancellations or rescheduling of cleaning appointments. This allows us to adjust our schedule accordingly and provide efficient service to other clients. 2. Cancellation Fees: If a cancellation is made within the specified notice period, no cancellation fees will be charged. However, cancellations that occur outside of this notice period may incur a fee ranging from $50 to $100, based on the pricing agreement. 3. Emergency Cancellations: We understand that emergencies happen. In case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., sudden illness, family emergency), please notify us as soon as possible. We will work with you to reschedule your cleaning appointment without imposing any cancellation fees. 4. Repeated Cancellations: Repeated cancellations or no-shows may incur a charge of 50% of the cleaning fee. After a second cancellation, a charge of 100% of the cleaning fee or forfeiture of deposit.
