Service Description
Maintain a fresh and tidy living or working space with our reliable recurring cleaning service. Our experienced team will thoroughly clean and sanitize your space on a scheduled basis to ensure a consistently clean environment. General Cleaning Tasks: 1. Dust and wipe down all surfaces (including furniture, shelves, window sills). 2. Vacuum carpets and rugs, and mop hard floors. 3. Dust and wipe down baseboards. 4. Wipe down and clean mirrors and glass surfaces. 5. Dust and clean ceiling fans and light fixtures. 6. Empty trash bins and replace liners. 7. Spot clean walls for marks and smudges. 8. Dust blinds and window treatments. 9. Clean and disinfect light switches and door handles. 10. Vacuum exterior of upholstery and cushions as needed. 11. Straighten up and tidy rooms (put away toys, books, etc.). Kitchen: 1. Clean countertops and backsplash. 2. Wipe down cabinet exteriors. 3. Clean and disinfect sink and faucet. 4. Clean appliances: exterior of refrigerator, microwave, stove/cooktop, and dishwasher. 5. Empty and clean microwave inside. 6. Clean stove/cooktop and range hood. 7. Wipe down small appliances (toaster, coffee maker, etc.). 8. Clean and shine stainless steel appliances. 9. Empty and clean trash can. 10. Sweep and mop kitchen floor. Bathroom: 1. Clean and disinfect toilet, including around and behind. 2. Clean sink, faucet, and countertops. 3. Clean and shine mirrors and any glass surfaces. 4. Clean shower/tub and tiles. 5. Replace shower curtain liner if necessary. 6. Empty and clean trash can. 7. Sweep and mop bathroom floor. Bedrooms: 1. Make beds and change bed linens if needed. 2. Dust and clean furniture surfaces (not including behind dressers). 3. Vacuum carpets and rugs, including under beds if accessible. 4. Dust and clean bedside tables. Additional Tasks: 1. Clean and organize entryway (wipe down surfaces, tidy shoes, etc.). 2. Dust and clean hallway areas. 3. Clean and organize laundry room (wipe down surfaces, clean appliances). 4. Clean and organize any additional rooms (office, playroom, etc.).
Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Notice: Clients are required to provide a minimum notice period (48 hours) for cancellations or rescheduling of cleaning appointments. This allows us to adjust our schedule accordingly and provide efficient service to other clients. 2. Cancellation Fees: If a cancellation is made within the specified notice period, no cancellation fees will be charged. However, cancellations that occur outside of this notice period may incur a fee ranging from $50 to $100, based on the pricing agreement. 3. Emergency Cancellations: We understand that emergencies happen. In case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., sudden illness, family emergency), please notify us as soon as possible. We will work with you to reschedule your cleaning appointment without imposing any cancellation fees. 4. Repeated Cancellations: Repeated cancellations or no-shows may incur a charge of 50% of the cleaning fee. After a second cancellation, a charge of 100% of the cleaning fee or forfeiture of deposit.
